Your right to deletion
At Nauchat you can request the deletion of the personal data we process about you. This applies both to account holders and to people whose messages we handle on behalf of our customers (for example, through WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger).
What data is deleted
We delete your contact information, conversation history, attachments and any derived data tied to your identifier, except what we must retain due to legal or accounting obligations (in which case it is blocked and not used for any other purpose).
How to request deletion
Email us at info@nauchat.com from the address associated with your account, or stating the number/identifier whose data you want removed, with «Data deletion» in the subject. If your account was connected through Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), you can also remove the app from your Meta account settings and deletion will start automatically.
Timing and confirmation
We process requests within 30 days and send you a confirmation with a tracking code. If you do not hear back, email us again at info@nauchat.com.
