1. Who we are
Nauchat is the controller of the personal data we collect to provide you with the Service. You can reach us at info@nauchat.com for any privacy-related matter. The data controller is Systems Design Express (United States), operator of Nauchat.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) account data (name, email, company details); (b) usage data (logs, metrics, IP, device); (c) content processed by the platform (messages between your business and its customers, knowledge base files); (d) billing data handled by Stripe.
3. How we use it
We use the data to: operate and maintain the Service; generate automated AI responses; manage your account and billing; send operational notifications; improve the platform and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process data on the applicable legal bases: performance of the contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest (Service improvement and security) and, where appropriate, your consent (for example, optional marketing communications).
5. Automated decisions and artificial intelligence
Nauchat uses AI models (including from Anthropic and/or OpenAI) to suggest or generate replies to messages received by our customers. These processes may include automated decisions without immediate human review. End customers may request human review of any critical interaction by contacting the customer operating the account or, alternatively, Nauchat.
6. Vendors and third parties
We share data only with vendors that are essential to delivering the Service: Supabase (database and infrastructure), Anthropic and/or OpenAI (AI models), Stripe (payments), Meta and Telegram (connected platforms). Each vendor has its own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
7. International transfers
Some vendors may process data outside your country of residence. We adopt appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent) to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, portability, deletion or restriction of processing of your data, as well as object to certain processing. Email info@nauchat.com and we will respond within the time frames required by applicable law.
9. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after cancellation, unless the law requires a different period. After that, we permanently delete or anonymize it.
10. Security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control, activity auditing and backups. No system is 100% immune; in the event of an incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you discover that a minor has provided us data without parental consent, contact us so we can delete it.
12. Marketing communications
We may send you operational communications related to your account and, if you opt in, marketing communications about new features and product tips. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time from your preferences or via the link at the bottom of each email.
13. Changes and contact
